REVIEW DRAFT • Version 1.0 • October 13, 2026
Your decision is whether the school is ready
A presentation or a demonstration is not permission to enroll students. Before recommending a pilot, designate an instructional lead, confirm district authority, identify technical and safeguarding contacts, and document the time, devices, staffing, and support required.
Readiness checklist
- Approve the exact lesson version, learning objective, assessment, and non-game alternative.
- Confirm supervised access, current platform eligibility, district device/network compatibility, and a tested exit route.
- Receive privacy, accessibility, procurement, and legal reviews with unresolved conditions visible.
- Confirm enrollment verification, guardian communication, staff training, and absence of school-mode commerce.
- Record baseline measures and pilot success criteria before participation begins.
Stop conditions
Pause the affected activity for unexpected purchase prompts, unreviewed content or links, unsafe contact, exposure of records, loss of supervision, or an inaccessible required task. Provide the equivalent alternative and contact the designated school lead. Do not troubleshoot with real student data in public support channels.
Recommended review sequence
Document review, synthetic demonstration, staff practice, formal authorization, limited pilot, evaluation, and a separate expansion decision. Proposed cohort, dates, staff allocation, and response commitments are not yet established.
Keep an internal readiness record with the responsible role, evidence, version, decision, conditions, and review date. The public status page should show only a redacted summary. Continue to administration onboarding.
DOCUMENT ADDENDUM 1.2 · October 14, 2026 · Public information and proposals
Review sustained delivery, not just a demonstration
Ask for dated lesson and build versions, staff rehearsal, real acceptance evidence, an incident/correction record and an explicit account of what has not worked. Assign the reviewer and approve the measurement plan before a pilot. Research participation and family publicity choices remain separate from education.
The proposed review rhythm is a weekly delivery and incident log, a monthly curriculum/outcome review and research retrospective, and a quarterly independent educator or methods review with a redacted report. Start dates, reviewers, staffing and the final schedule are not yet set. Records should include failures, corrections and unresolved questions as well as successful work.
