This navigator separates what is built from what must be adopted, operated and independently reviewed. It uses the 2026 ABHE conditions as the primary readiness benchmark and preserves a future ATS route for graduate theological education.
Current status: noncredit curriculum development — not accredited and not represented as an authorized degree program.
What the work proves
Completed work includes the 46 Old Testament + 35 New Testament registry, course architecture, SEM-000, the SEM-101 pilot, source mapping, assessment and capstone models, Skool delivery, the ENOCH WORLD Seminary page, dataset packages, QA records and a versioned delivery receipt.
That evidence does not by itself establish legal authority, academic credit, accreditation, transferability, ordination recognition or degree-awarding authority.
Stage-gate navigator
The canon map, pathway, orientation, Genesis–Ruth pilot, source inventory, rubrics, capstone, classroom, public page, dataset catalog and QA records exist.
Evidence: 81 entries; 420 planning hours; 118 playlists plus one identified video.
Next: adopt a controlled master version, assign owners and approve an annual review calendar.
Choose the operating jurisdiction, legal entity, intended award level and lawful authority or religious exemption before representing an academic award as authorized.
Next: document agency guidance or qualified legal advice, filings, good standing and the permitted scope of awards.
Adopt the mission, a corrected Statement of Faith, bylaws, conflict controls, board duties, minutes and an independent governing board. The current Statement of Faith file contains minister-registry material and must be corrected.
Next: if following the ABHE benchmark, seat at least five independent voting board members and approve policies by recorded resolution.
Convert the noncredit architecture into a faculty-approved program with defensible credits, outcomes, syllabi, prerequisites, assessments, graduation requirements and an institutional catalog.
Next: choose the first award. ABHE eligibility calls for at least one 48-semester-hour undergraduate or 36-semester-hour graduate program.
Appoint an academic officer and qualified faculty; collect CVs, official transcripts, appointments, workload and evaluation evidence. Establish a program-appropriate library and research-support plan.
Next: create the faculty credential matrix, holdings/access register, budget and annual evaluation process.
Implement admissions, identity verification, advising, satisfactory progress, grading, appeals, complaints, accessibility, conduct, withdrawal, refunds, privacy, retention, transcripts and graduation audit.
Next: name the registrar function, select the system of record, publish the student handbook and test backup/recovery.
Operate from an approved institutional budget with internal controls, reserves, insurance and clear separation between dataset sales, donations and academic decisions.
Next: adopt a multi-year budget, chart of accounts, authorization matrix and annual independent opinioned audit process.
Run the authorized program, preserve assessment evidence, measure retention and completion, document improvements and graduate learners.
Next: ABHE generally expects two years of viable enrollment—typically about 10 FTE or 30 headcount—and at least one graduate from the qualifying program.
After eligibility gates are met, request the appropriate preliminary consultation, submit the application and evidence, complete the self-study, host external review and resolve findings.
Next: never use applicant, candidate, member or accredited language until the relevant body formally authorizes it.
Use learner evidence, stakeholder feedback, board review, financial results and program assessment to improve the institution while keeping public claims current.
Next: publish an annual institutional-effectiveness report and corrective-action register.
