ENOCH WORLD · Security first

Build boldly. Protect the ecosystem.

Cybersecurity is our first release criterion. Review the security roadmap, node guardian boundaries, x402 plan and Divine Chain registry.

Knowledge with context.
Access with clear terms.

We are preparing the ecosystem for AI agents that discover sources, retrieve reliable information and pay for defined services. Public learning and source discovery remain available here.

What x402 makes possible

x402 is an open HTTP payment protocol. A protected service can return “402 Payment Required”; a compatible agent can submit payment, and the service can verify settlement and deliver the resource. Potential services include a licensed dataset, a structured API response, a document export or a bounded compute job.

It does not make every crawler pay. Enforcement requires a server-controlled route that actually protects the resource. A public page, robots.txt instruction or llms.txt file is not a payment gateway. Payment and permission to train a model are separate questions.

Three access layers

Layer Content Current status
Public discovery Story, curriculum summaries, source links, public answers and status Published on this website
Licensed data products Curated, versioned, rights-cleared exports with explicit retrieval, training and redistribution terms Preparation; no paid dataset is being sold by this page
Paid API & compute Payment-verified responses or metered jobs with a receipt and service terms Not active; owner-only prototype deployed. Public paid access, payment configuration and live settlement/delivery verification remain pending.

Prepared for responsible AI use

The release includes a public knowledge catalog with stable record IDs, dates, references and content hashes. It is useful for discovery and retrieval preparation. Training eligibility is not inferred from being online. Full commercial book text, private learner records, assessment submissions and testimony are excluded from the public corpus.

For each future dataset we will identify the rights holder, source version, allowed uses, attribution requirements, third-party exclusions, retention and deletion terms, and whether model training is expressly permitted. Existing open-source licenses continue to govern the material released under them; a new payment layer cannot erase those permissions.

Compute as a measurable service

Preparation has four separate cost centers: content cleaning and review; storage and indexing; retrieval and model inference; and customer delivery and support. Training jobs add dataset preparation, accelerator time, evaluation and checkpoint storage. Prices should follow measured usage and a defined unit-not an unsupported revenue forecast.

Proposed service Meter Release requirement
Citation-backed retrieval One capped query / response Source coverage, answer-quality tests, latency and unit-cost measurement
Versioned dataset export Named snapshot and license Rights clearance, integrity manifest and secure delivery
Batch annotation or evaluation Fixed item count or quoted compute budget Input rights, reproducibility, spending cap and completion receipt
Training preparation Approved dataset version / job No student or testimony data by default; documented permission and review

Payment readiness

The implementation packet targets x402 V2 and records the official PAYMENT-SIGNATURE / PAYMENT-RESPONSE headers and CAIP-2 network identifiers. No receiving wallet, asset, price or facilitator has been assumed. A token contract address must not be treated as a receiving wallet.

Before activation: approve the offer and its license; confirm the receiving account, network and supported asset; deploy a protected backend; test verification, settlement, replay protection, rate limits, delivery, receipts and failure handling; then approve a production release. Protected files must not be embedded in public page code or freely accessible CDN assets.

PONS 402 and x402

The ecosystem’s PONS 402 repository describes governance and authorization. x402 is a possible payment mechanism. A payment does not override an access restriction, missing rights or an unapproved action. ENOCH ONE’s public preview has no wallet signing, autonomous spending or administrative execution.
