Keep student information out of the public site
Do not submit student names, school IDs, identity-document images, educational records, passwords, medical information, or family-authority documents here. Public Shopify content, marketing systems, public game scripts, and general AI tools must not become student-record repositories.
Proposed minimum safeguards
Use a separately approved school environment and district-controlled records. Collect only what the authorized learning purpose requires. Apply role-limited access, administrative multifactor authentication, protected assessment keys, an access-revocation process, and a documented retention/deletion schedule. Do not publish individual records or identifiable small-group results.
School-mode boundaries
No school-required purchase, advertising, paid skip, token promotion, donation, or financial reward. Review chat, social contact, links, music, artwork, and routes before use. No unapproved public streaming, child likeness licensing, marketing capture, model training, or research reuse. Current platform rules and district requirements must be checked before each authorized rollout.
Reporting and response
For an authorized school activity, use the district's designated reporting channel. A program-specific channel and response commitments still need to be established. Pause unsafe activity and use the alternative. In an immediate emergency, use the school's emergency process and appropriate emergency services; do not rely on this website.
Change control
Material changes in vendors, collected information, AI processing, content, or permissions require review and updated notices before they take effect in school use. Automated cross-site publication must allowlist public information and exclude student records.

Family orientation and research records
The consultation proposal does not add a data-collection form to this website. Before intake begins, define the operator, lawful purpose, minimum data, secure record location, access, retention and parent/guardian choices. Recording, publicity and optional research require distinct decisions; declining them must not become a purchase or participation penalty.
Published research logs should describe methods and redacted results, not identify children or expose family circumstances. Safeguarding and district data obligations require their own review before use.
