Understand the cost.
Share the profit.

Build something useful. Pay for the work behind it. When the reconciled campaign earns positive distributable profit, share it equally between Saints athletics and the business that made it possible.

Use your $550/hour planning benchmark and $2,000 monthly compute budget to value the work. The calculator shows a provisional product scenario; actual campaign profit requires monthly reconciliation.

See the cost.
Know the split.

Choose a teaching example or enter a merchandise value. The estimates below show costs first, then the provisional profit split. Open the configuration to change labor, datasets, testing, setup, training, compute and other assumptions.

Illustrative costs. The $2,000 monthly compute budget is owner-supplied; $550/hour is an editable planning valuation, not verified payroll. Actual distributions require the complete monthly campaign to be reconciled.

1 · The sale

Load a teaching example

Total modeled cost, including new reward reserve$30.61
Planning profit / loss$18.39
Provisional positive product pool, after funding hold$18.39
Saints · provisional 50% scenario$9.20
Business · provisional retained profit$9.19
Loss on the sale, before any gift$0.00

Provisional product scenario only. Actual distributions require full monthly campaign reconciliation; no payment is authorized here.

Configure costs, time and compute
2 · Shared project investment: work before the sale

Creation hours include attributable expertise used to research, curate or create this product—not the invented value of all past experience. Creation, setup, testing and optional training hours use the editable hourly benchmark. This is a labor allowance or opportunity-cost valuation unless actually paid. Record each hour once. Shared work benefiting several products must be allocated across those products and paid units; do not charge the full project to every SKU.

Priming is not training model weights. Prompt/context setup and integration belong in setup/priming. Enter a training or fine-tuning cost only when that work was actually performed or explicitly budgeted; using an existing model is not proof of training.

3 · Recover the investment over paid units

Expected remaining paid units is an editable forecast, not confirmed sales. Allocate only the unrecovered project investment, rounded up to a cent per unit. Update recovery records as units sell; stop when the documented investment is fully recovered. This is a planning allocation, not a perpetual charge or a tax depreciation calculation.

4 · Monthly compute shared across the catalog

Equal allocation is a transparent starting assumption: $2,000 ÷ 155 = $12.9032 per product per month. Divide that share by the expected monthly paid units for this product. Monthly units and lifetime project-recovery units are different forecasts. A zero-sales product still has its monthly share to recover.

This budget is counted once. Extra project compute and extra per-order API costs must be outside this pool. Keep precise pool shares in the monthly ledger; rounded per-unit examples leave a remainder that must be reconciled, not charged forever.

5 · Costs incurred for each order

Use the part attributable to this product/order. Support or owner labor is compensation for work before profit, not the business’s retained profit. Do not repeat shared development labor, compute or overhead here. The recurring API field is extra usage outside the shared monthly compute budget only; leave it at zero for usage already in that pool. Keep separately collected shipping and its corresponding costs reconciled outside this simplified model.

6 · ENOCH Bux redemption and approved support

Promotional Bux redeemed must not exceed the merchandise value. Prior funded reserve applied must not exceed the redeemed amount. A release from a previously funded reserve is funding for the old promise, not another new reward expense. The calculator makes no assumption that an old reserve exists.

Only qualifying new spending earns the next 10% reserve. An entered family office amount is a teaching scenario that assumes explicit approval. Any applied gift remains outside revenue and profit; it does not automatically clear a distribution hold. Verify and record prior-reserve funding before releasing a hold.

See the detailed cost breakdown and funding
Illustrative inputs only. The $2,000 monthly compute budget is owner-supplied. The editable $550/hour rate is a prior Runic Consulting billable planning benchmark, used here as a labor/opportunity-cost valuation—not verified payroll. Other inputs are teaching assumptions, not actual SKU costs, hours worked, wages paid, completed testing or training. This calculator does not issue rewards, make transfers or approve a family office gift.
Shared project investment$5,600.00
Unrecovered investment$5,600.00
Allocated project cost per unit$11.20
Direct costs + monthly compute per order$14.51
Full monthly compute pool$2,000.00
Precise monthly allocation per product$12.9032
Rounded monthly compute per paid unit$1.29
New ENOCH Bux reserve$4.90
Owner labor allowance this unit$22.00
Qualifying new spending$49.00
Unfunded prior-reward gap$0.00
Funded balance after modeled costs/reserves$18.39
Approved gift applied to uncovered costs/gap$0.00
Uncovered need after that gift$0.00
Planning break-even merchandise price$28.57

At 10 assumed monthly paid units, this product receives $1.29 of monthly compute per unit. Expected volume is not a sales guarantee.

Monthly compute per product is $12.9032. At 1 / 5 / 10 / 20 paid units, rounded compute per unit is $12.90 / $2.58 / $1.29 / $0.65. The full monthly budget and rounding residual still require reconciliation.

The labor figure shows this unit’s allocated creation, setup, testing and any training labor plus direct support/owner labor. It is an estimated cost allowance, not proof of wages paid. Break-even uses the current per-unit allocation and entered fixed fees; actual fees, returns and demand can change.

Why unsold products still have costs: the entire $2,000 monthly compute budget remains a business cost, even if some of the 155 products sell nothing. A positive product scenario is not a payable allocation. At month-end, reconcile all shared compute, rounding residuals, loss-making orders, owner labor, overhead, funded rewards and prior obligations before splitting positive campaign profit. Never recover more than the actual documented cost.

Planning product profit = net merchandise value − allocated project cost − allocated monthly compute − direct costs − new reward reserve.
Funded balance = qualifying new spending + verified prior reserve applied − those same costs and reserve.

The business has to work, too

Pay for the work.
Then share what remains.

For new eligible purchases governed by this offer, Saints receives 50% of positive distributable campaign profit after defined costs and the 10% ENOCH Bux reserve. The business retains the other 50%. Actual distributions are settled monthly from positive campaign profit after the full shared budget, loss-making orders, labor, overhead, funded rewards and prior obligations are reconciled. Do not sum only profitable products and ignore the losses or costs of unsold products.

01 · Revenue

Start with the sale.

Use the actual item amount after discounts and refunds. Keep tax, separately charged shipping, duties, tips and gift-card top-ups outside the model.

02 · Costs

Value the real work.

Include documented creation, data rights, setup, testing, compute, delivery, fees, support, owner labor and allocated overhead. Count each cost once.

03 · Rewards

Fund the promise.

Reserve 10% of qualifying new spending for ENOCH Bux. Track redeemed rewards and their prior funding separately.

04 · Profit

Share a positive result.

Reconcile every campaign sale and the full monthly costs. Split the positive campaign result equally; unresolved reward funding holds distributions.

50%

Business retained profit

The other half stays with the business. Owner labor is a cost allowance before this split; retained profit is a separate figure, before any remaining expenses and taxes.

A zero-cost field is an assumption, not evidence that work was free. Current SKU costs have not been verified. Document time, invoices, usage and cost allocations before treating an estimate as an actual margin or paying a distribution.

The Goldston Family Office can cover explicitly approved uncovered costs as a gift. Record that support separately: it is not product revenue, does not increase sale profit and is not divided as profit.

Listed prices · $12 book printing · other costs assumed

Three prices. Three different outcomes.

A high-cost book can lose money while a dataset has a positive modeled margin. Actual monthly campaign profit includes both outcomes. The price alone does not tell you the profit. These are hypothetical cases, not claims about the actual products.

The $550/hour planning benchmark, $2,000 monthly compute budget and $12 per-copy book printing cost are owner-supplied inputs. Remaining costs, work hours, unit forecasts and profit results are teaching assumptions. Listed prices come from the catalog. No completed model training, earned profit or gift payment is asserted.

All examples use the $550/hour labor valuation, the full $2,000 monthly compute pool divided equally across 155 products, and an assumed 10 monthly paid units per product. They assume no promotional reward redemption, no prior-reserve funding gap and no GFO gift. Product share figures are provisional; monthly campaign losses and unrecovered costs must be netted before real distributions. The book example demonstrates a loss: both profit shares are $0, even if a separately approved gift later covers its shortfall.

A sustainable rewards loop

Earn value.
Understand its cost.

Eligible ENOCH WORLD purchases earn 10% ENOCH Bux on qualifying spending for a future purchase. The business includes that promise as a reserve before dividing positive profit.

$50 order · $10 Bux used

The remaining $40 of qualifying spending earns a $4 new reward. The old $10 must be covered by its prior funded reserve. An unfunded part is shown as a separate gap, and distributions are held until it is funded.

Issuance remains manual after payment and fulfillment are verified. Calculator amounts are estimates, not issued balances. Promotional-reward-funded spending does not earn more rewards. Bux are store rewards, not cash, cryptocurrency or Robux; the program has no expiry or maintenance fee.

V2 challenge 01 · 25 Wisdom XP

Cost builder

The monthly compute budget is $2,000 across 155 products. Several products sell nothing this month. What happens to their allocated cost?

Read the explanation

Unsold products do not erase the monthly bill. Allocate the shared pool once, track the unrecovered shares and rounding remainder, and include the entire budget before deciding whether the campaign has distributable profit. Expected unit sales are forecasts.

V2 challenge 02 · 25 Wisdom XP

Profit scholar

At month-end, all campaign revenue, loss-making orders, shared costs and reward obligations are reconciled. Positive distributable campaign profit is $100. How is it split?

Read the explanation

After the full month is reconciled and funding obligations are met, the $100 positive campaign profit is split $50 / $50. Do not add only positive product scenarios or ignore losses, unsold-product compute, labor or overhead.

V2 challenge 03 · 25 Wisdom XP

Rewards reader

A $50 purchase redeems $10 ENOCH Bux. Only $6 of the prior reward reserve is verified as funded and applied. What should happen?

Read the explanation

The new reward reserve is 10% of $40, or $4. The prior reward has a separate $10 − $6 = $4 funding gap. The modeled sale profit and this funding gap are different figures; distributions stay on hold until the gap is funded.

Generous steward

An illustrative sale has a $5 loss. An explicitly approved $5 family office gift covers that uncovered cost. What is the distributable sale profit?

Read the explanation

Support and operating performance are separate. The approved gift covers the deficit without turning it into product revenue or profit. Neither Saints nor the business receives a profit distribution from this loss-making sale.

These V2 questions start a fresh learning trail. XP has no financial or academic-credit value and does not change athletic standing.

Generosity with clear records

A gift can cover a gap.
It does not create sale profit.

Goldston Family Office support remains a separate gift for explicitly approved uncovered costs. Keep the approval, cost evidence and payment record distinct from the product’s performance.

Support the work.
Keep the accounting clear.

Show the original loss or unfunded reward gap, the approved gift applied and the remaining uncovered need. Do not add the gift to merchandise sales or the profit pool. A calculator entry is not a payment or approval record, and a gift does not automatically authorize either profit distribution.

From an estimate to a real record.

What is split 50/50?

Positive distributable campaign profit, after defined costs and the new 10% ENOCH Bux reserve. The business retains one half and Saints athletics receives one half of the actual positive monthly campaign result. Include all campaign losses, unsold-product cost allocations and prior obligations; never add only positive SKU margins. A negative or zero monthly result produces no profit distribution. Both distributions are held while any prior-reward redemption remains unfunded. Verified monthly records determine an actual allocation; the website calculator teaches a provisional per-product scenario.

Which costs belong in the model?

Documented, attributable product creation and expertise; dataset acquisition and licensing; integration, setup and prompt/context priming; usability and experience testing; quality validation; training or fine-tuning only when actually performed or explicitly budgeted; development compute; recurring API, inference and hosting; production and fulfillment; payment/order fees; support and owner labor; and allocated overhead. Use a consistent cost basis, avoid double counting and reconcile the calculation with actual records before settling a split.

How are shared development costs allocated?

Divide the remaining unrecovered project investment by an explicit estimate of remaining paid units, rounded up to the nearest cent for planning. A lower volume means a higher allocation per unit. Track actual recovery, cap it at the documented investment and stop allocating it when recovered. Forecast sales are not confirmed sales. A labor allowance is a cost estimate unless actually paid; it is separate from retained business profit.

Does model priming mean a model was trained?

No. Prompt or context priming, integration and configuration do not establish that model weights were trained. The training/fine-tuning hours field is optional and begins at zero in these teaching examples. Enter a verified or expressly budgeted training cost only for that work; no completed training is claimed by this page.

How do the rewards affect profit?

The new reserve is 10% of qualifying spending after discounts and refunds, excluding promotional-reward-funded amounts, tax, shipping, duties, tips and gift-card purchases. An old redeemed reward is supported by its previously funded reserve; it is not charged twice as another new reward. Show any unfunded prior-reward amount separately and hold distributions until that gap is funded. Rewards are manually issued after paid, fulfilled order verification and are used on a later eligible ENOCH WORLD purchase.

What happens to gifts, earlier orders and other fundraisers?

A GFO gift covers only expressly approved uncovered costs or funding gaps and remains outside product revenue and profit. Earlier orders keep their original terms; this profit model applies only to new orders governed by the updated offer. Separate third-party donations and Laurel Learning Worlds retain their own terms. Product purchases do not carry a tax-deductibility claim.

Are the displayed cost and profit figures verified?

No. The $2,000 monthly compute budget is owner-supplied; $550/hour is a prior billable consulting planning benchmark, not a paid payroll cost. All entered work hours, other cost defaults, expected units and example profit figures are teaching assumptions. Catalog prices are listed product prices; actual costs were unavailable. These calculations are not audited accounts, proof of wages or training performed, realized profit, a reward balance or a completed transfer. Verify actual costs, fulfillment, reward funding and the governing offer before any real distribution.

Do free learning badges have financial value?

No. Wisdom XP and badges have no cash, ENOCH Bux, cryptocurrency, Robux or academic-credit value. The V2 trail stores completed challenge IDs in this browser only and can be reset. No purchase is required.
