How we assess delivery
The agreed pilot passes defined quality, permissions and recovery checks. Baseline effort and output quality are recorded before any productivity claim is made.
The ERP dissertation informs the approach; applying it to AI is an adaptation. Live integrations, software licenses and production support require explicit scope and readiness approval.
Start with a clear brief
Tell us your organization, the decision you need to make, the audience, your timing and the systems involved. Discovery defines the paid scope; fees, delivery dates, ownership, support and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
The Runic one-workflow session
The existing session design is a 60-minute remote working session covering purpose, workflow design, review and next actions. Its proposed outputs are one workflow map, a permission boundary and a concise action plan.
Booking is not yet open. The draft catalog record lists USD 299 for one session; calendar availability, booking instructions and service-specific cancellation terms must be finalized before checkout is enabled. The product is currently a draft, so use this service page to discuss the scope.
