Build a skill. Show the work. Choose your next step.
A distinct, community-college-style workforce pathway within the SydTek ecosystem: practical foundations, employer-defined projects and career support, with a planned bridge into broader study at SydTek University.
Development status: the Trade School is a proposed nondegree workforce offering. “Community-college-style” describes its accessible, local career mission; it is not a claim of recognized community-college status, degree authority or accreditation. Delivery dates, provider authorization and certificate issuance remain to be established.
Trade School
Short practical modules, simulation, supervised workplace projects and employer cohort design. Initial focus: trades and infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, and responsible AI use at work.
Portfolio & assessed learning
Keep a versioned task, the learner’s own work, feedback and qualified human assessment. A completion record describes what was actually demonstrated.
SydTek University
Explore broader academic foundations, advanced study and research development. Any future admissions, recognition or credit decision requires a separate published policy and approval.
Two offerings. One connected journey.
| Dimension | Trade School workforce pathway | SydTek University |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Practical job skills, workforce entry and employee development. | Broader adult study, scholarship and advanced program development. |
| Learning format | Proposed short modules and employer-scoped cohorts; supervised practical evidence. | Source-defined study pathways, academic foundations and research preparation. |
| Award boundary | Proposed noncredit completion certificates after authorized delivery and review. | Current program frameworks do not establish recognized degrees or accredited credit. |
| Progression | Prepare a portfolio and request a pathway review. | Review prerequisites and evidence under an approved policy; no automatic transfer credit. |
Train for a real organizational need.
Corporations, local governments, state agencies and federal organizations can discuss a tailored cohort: define the work problem, agree measurable outcomes, practice with suitable materials and retain reviewed evidence. Delivery and procurement terms are agreed separately.

The original trade prototypes, TCN Express simulation, industry framework and Ocean City pilot remain available for inspection. Their development and testing status is reported with each resource.
Turn a pathway into a teachable module.
Connect industry skills with source cards, practical exercises, answer guidance, and reviewed learning evidence. The nationwide framework begins in Ocean City and provides a repeatable structure for future trade modules.

SydTek Trade School of the AI Age
Artificial intelligence can automate many digital tasks. Civilization still depends on people who maintain water, energy, heating, buildings, and data-center infrastructure. Here, the skilled trades meet the AI age through simulation-first education.
Trade school, TCN Express, and $MOUNT
The intended connection is practical: the trade school defines learning objectives and supervised assessment; TCN Express supplies logistics and operations scenarios; reviewed work becomes learning evidence. The exact role of $MOUNT awaits a verified canonical specification.
The new progress tracker shows dated GitHub evidence, software checks, preparation milestones, and the documents needed for an accreditation route. Its TCN exercise runs synthetic orders through eight stages and exports an unassessed learning artifact for review.
Accreditation is an intended goal. The selected accreditor, eligibility confirmation, application, candidacy, and award are not verified in the reviewed sources. Completing a simulation or holding a token does not establish a qualification.
Five simulated learning pathways
Each pathway includes a virtual mentor, four introductory scenarios, feedback, simulated XP, and a game-only badge.
01 · Water & Plumbing
Leak awareness, work orders, water stewardship, and safe escalation.
02 · Electrical & Smart Power
Virtual hazard recognition, grid alerts, safety boundaries, and reporting.
03 · HVAC & Mechanical
Comfort, airflow, energy evidence, and maintenance records.
04 · Building Resilience
Site inspections, accessible routes, building care, and emergency readiness.
05 · Data Centers & Automation
Cooling systems, sensors, human oversight, and maintenance handoffs.
The ENOCH WORLD learning loop
Explore → Quest → Discover → Earn simulated XP → Unlock a game-only badge → Return. Walk through the 3D starter campus, meet an NPC mentor, evaluate a scenario, and earn progress by selecting a responsible response.
For learners, educators, and partners
This is a foundation for future educational collaboration with trade professionals, schools, employers, apprenticeship providers, and credentialing bodies. Real-world work must be taught and reviewed by qualified instructors under applicable safety codes and local requirements.

The founding GitHub README establishes the thesis that physical infrastructure remains essential in the AI age. A second SydTek University repo describes skilled trades and intelligent infrastructure, including electrical fundamentals, power, safety, automation, and data-center maintenance. The 20 Roblox scenarios are newly authored for this prototype.

Safety, credentials, and data
Dataset: SYD-TRADE-AI-001 · 5 tracks · 20 quizzes · 5 virtual mentors · 5 stations. No personal learner details or external wallet integration are needed for the prototype; in-game completion is tracked by Roblox user ID for progress.
These in-game exercises do not teach repair of live electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or emergency systems. They are not a substitute for authorized supervision, safety equipment, professional certification, or local compliance checks.
