ENOCH WORLD · Trust center

Cybersecurity comes first.

A public commitment with a visible roadmap, clear ownership and honest implementation status.

The operating rule

Cybersecurity is the first release criterion across ENOCH WORLD. Protect people, records, services and funds. CONTROL THE CORE. DISTRIBUTE THE RAILS. AUGMENTATION WITHOUT ABDICATION. CAN ≠ MAY.

A working page or successful merge does not prove that checkout, webhooks, permissions or recovery work. Every release needs an owner, tested dependencies, a current backup and a recovery path.

Current evidence

Area Status
This trust center, x402 plan and Divine Chain directory Public information and implementation roadmap.
ENOCH GUARD / node guardians Design and starter code exist. Production workers, alerts and end-to-end protection are not verified.
Webhooks This connection returned no shop-scoped webhook subscriptions belonging to its app. It cannot establish the status of other apps or their configuration-based subscriptions.
GitHub controls Deferred by the owner. Repository policy, workflows and branch rules will be handled in the later GitHub phase; none are claimed active.
x402 payments Not active. No receiving wallet, charge amount or live facilitator has been configured by this release.
Token quotes Recorded token identities are available. Numeric market feeds are not verified in this release; unavailable quotes are labeled explicitly.

90-day roadmap

When Accountable role Work Exit evidence
Now · 0-48 hours Release owner + ENOCH One accountable production writer; inventory agents, apps, endpoints and secrets; enable MFA; capture recoverable backups; document scope and rollback per change. Named owners and a restore demonstration. A conflict-free merge is not an integration test.
Days 3-7 Integration owner Webhook signature verification, durable inbox, deduplication, retries, failed-event queue, reconciliation and expired-credential alerts. Forged requests rejected; duplicate/out-of-order/replayed events tested; missed event recovered without duplicate fulfillment.
Days 8-14 Security owner + World Guardian Scoped service identities, secret storage, dependency and code checks, guardian permissions, private records and incident response drills. Unauthorized access rejected; no student data in public logs; tour hosting restricted to the three verified accounts.
Days 15-30 X-02 service owner x402 test environment, offer licensing, spending caps, settlement receipts, delivery retries, privacy and recovery tests. Paid-but-undelivered recovery succeeds; no double charges; explicit production launch decision recorded.
Days 31-60 Operations + independent reviewer Live health signals, fresh/stale states, backup restore drill, alert routing, scoped external review and service objectives. Measured availability and response times; failed alert and restore drills corrected.
Days 61-90 ENOCH + control tower Review privileges and vendors, rotate exposed credentials, retest recovery, version the trust report and prioritize remaining risk. Evidence-backed coverage report; no unsupported “fully protected” claims.

How multiple agents work safely

  1. Each task declares the files, page IDs, integration and environment it owns, with a short claim expiry.
  2. Each agent starts from a current version. Before writing, reread and compare the version or hash. If it changed, merge the intended block into the new content and repeat checks.
  3. Use separate branches or isolated workspaces when GitHub is connected. Merge checks cover the combined result and dependent systems.
  4. Only the designated release process writes production. Credentials for deployment stay out of general-purpose agents.
  5. Record the released version, test results, backup, rollback steps and production smoke check. A failed release can disable the affected feature while the rest of the site stays available.

Page APIs without conditional updates still have a race window. A single writer and an external lock are required to close it; a last-second reread alone is not a lock.

Webhook and connection reliability

Verify HTTPS signatures using the unmodified request body before trusting it. Store accepted events durably before acknowledging; process in a worker. Use a unique delivery key and a business-operation key so retries cannot grant the same benefit twice. Handle event reordering and reconcile against the source system.

Track last successful delivery, signature failures, queue age, retry count, failed-event queue depth, reconciliation drift, credential health and API-version deadlines. Missing or stale telemetry means unknown, not healthy. Run recovery drills for duplicate events, outages and interrupted fulfillment.

Node guardians and family safeguards

Role Responsibility Authority boundary
Control Tower Correlate service health, releases and evidence. No unrestricted production execution.
Infrastructure Sentinel Review asset exposure, dependencies and scoped configurations. Read-only by default; reviewed repairs.
AI Boundary Guard Treat prompts, logs and outside documents as untrusted input. No secret access or tool escalation from retrieved text.
World Guardian Validate server events, remote calls and purchase delivery. No age inference from avatars or account age; no automatic guilt labels.
Family Liaison Prepare redacted, authorized guardian summaries. Verified adult/child relationship and access scope required.
Evidence Steward Track provenance, gaps, retention and audit access. Private records stay private; a hash is not proof an event was true.
Independent Reviewer Challenge findings and release readiness. Does not approve its own specialist change.

Protect learners and families

Keep learner records, parent verification, testimony and incident evidence out of public pages, public GitHub and price feeds. Collect the minimum necessary data, restrict access by role, define retention and deletion, and test isolation between families.

Roblox account age is the age of an account, not a person. This project does not claim a reliable live count of adults in a server. Sydney, Enoch and Elise are the only intended official Tenth Heaven tour hosts; server enforcement is pending verified account IDs and live testing.

Incident response and reporting

Proposed targets: critical data exposure or unauthorized funds/access activity: contain immediately and seek acknowledgement within 15 minutes once staffed alerting exists; major service failures: acknowledge within one hour. These are targets, not an operating service promise.

  1. Limit the affected route or credential; preserve the minimum relevant evidence.
  2. Identify the owner, affected systems and verified impact.
  3. Recover from a known version, reconcile missing work and test access controls.
  4. Record the timeline, corrective action and sanitized public update when appropriate.

To report a concern, use the contact page with the affected public URL and a brief description. Do not send passwords, private keys, student records or exploit payloads. A dedicated secure disclosure channel is still to be established.
