Tell the sample agent what you want to work on. Get a practice outline, see what your session data says, and keep a record you can build on.

01 / Your player profile

Fill it in. Get your outline.

Add session data (optional)

Paste the CSV rows described below, or load a fictional example to try the whole flow.

Optional: leave blank for an outline based on your selections.

This sample processes entries in your browser and does not submit them to the program team. Use drill observations only; leave out names, contact details, birth dates, and health records. Download before leaving to keep your result.

The interactive sample needs JavaScript. If it does not load, use the dataset guide below.

02 / Your sample result

A clear next step.

Your practice outline and dataset observations appear here. Start with your own selections or load the filled example.

A guided sample using preset rules. This is not a trained scouting model or an evaluation by Cliff Allred.

03 / Build your baseball dataset

One row. One repeatable drill.

Choose a drill and define success before you start. Record only completed attempts. Keep the setup and scoring definition consistent when comparing sessions; use a new setup label when either changes.

  1. Open a spreadsheet and use the five column headings shown here.
  2. Add one row per drill session. Use contact, fielding, or decisions for the skill.
  3. Save as CSV, then paste its contents into the dataset box. If a setup contains a comma, put that cell in double quotes.
  4. Select the matching focus and generate your result. Download your data and result for your own records.

Sample limits: 200 session rows; 16,000 characters. Attempts must be whole numbers from 1–1000, and successes cannot exceed attempts. Blank data is allowed.

Filled example: infield footwork

A fictional player practices ready position → controlled first step → balanced finish. A success means all three cues were completed. No ball is used.

Fictional sample rows — not athlete results
Date Skill Attempts Successes
2026-10-01 fielding 10 6
2026-10-08 fielding 10 8
2026-10-15 fielding 10 7

All three rows use dry ready-position check for setup. The sample reports 21 of 30 successful observations (70%), without treating that number as an ability grade.

Column definitions and a fair comparison
Column What to enter
session_date A real date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
skill contact, fielding, or decisions.
attempts The number of attempts you actually completed.
successes Attempts meeting the success definition you chose beforehand.
setup A short, non-personal drill label. Keep the label identical only when equipment, conditions, and scoring definition are the same.

Compare your own repeatable sessions. A dry footwork result, a live fielding result, and a virtual game score measure different things. Keep them in separate datasets or clearly distinct setups.

This free baseball sample demonstrates the player-to-result flow. The full program will be developed after a confirmed purchase and agreed scope with the program team. Paid access and full-program delivery are not active in this sample.
