AI Agent Skills & API Access

ENOCH WORLD / AI Agent Skills / Catalog version 1.3

AI skills for research, discovery and delivery.

Explore six documented ENOCH workflows: five reviewed installed skill packages plus the public Traffic Attribution guide. Choose a defined outcome, supply relevant sources and work only with the tools authorized for that task.

Availability: This catalog documents six workflows. Five reviewed skill packages are installed for ENOCH’s use; Traffic Attribution has a separate public guide. No public ChatGPT share link or plugin listing has been verified for these skills.

A website description does not install a skill in your account. An approved release will need its own access link, version, terms and compatible tools. Each user supplies their own authorized connections.

New: free 16-workflow public agent catalog

The ENOCH AI Agent Discovery Index connects the 16 free public workflow definitions, their callable MCP service and access limitations to this five-skill commercial reference library. The free service helps retrieve procedures and prepare task briefs; it does not execute tasks, charge cards or transfer private accounts.

Two focused, downloadable AI evidence kits

ENOCH GEO & LLM Discovery Kit — $79: original source-to-page SOP, eight prompts, citation-test plans, checklists and SHA-256-verified ZIP. Synthetic exercises; no guaranteed rankings.

ENOCH AI Traffic Attribution & Evidence Kit — $99: attribution SOP, campaign-tagging guide, offline session analyzer, synthetic fixtures and six passing unit tests. AI source tags are not authenticated provider identity.

Both are one-time licensed internal-use products with manual secure-link delivery within two business days after order verification. The separate $149 five-workflow bundle remains available. Explore the free 16-workflow service before choosing.

One structured dataset for five workflows

ENOCH AI Agent Skills & SOP Dataset — Operational Reference Edition, v1.0.0. The five included workflows are ENOCH ONE Dispatch, GEO Agent, Enterprise Diligence, SOP Delivery and Paid Samples, listed below. Traffic Attribution remains a separate catalog workflow.

The bundle contains 5 workflow records, 8 public SOP steps, 15 prompts, 10 designed input/output scenarios and 1 documented publication case, plus receipt templates, source notes, JSON schemas, an integrity validator and two HTML templates. Every designed scenario is labeled unexecuted. The reusable files are Markdown, JSON/JSONL and HTML.

$149 USD, one-time. One legal entity may use and adapt the methods internally, including building its own products. Manual secure-link delivery to the checkout email within two business days after order verification. No physical shipping.

The purchase provides the versioned dataset. It does not install ENOCH’s personal skills, transfer connected accounts or provide a public plugin or paid API entitlement.

Choose a workflow

These workflows run on demand in a compatible assistant. The available sources, permissions and connected tools determine what a run can complete.

ENOCH Traffic Attribution Agent

Documented role: A separate public guide for reconciling authorized website analytics, source and landing-page activity, declared tests and unknown traffic. Verified assistant-fetch claims require authorized request logs and appropriate verification.

Documented case reference: Read the October 30 website-traffic research case for its observations, method and limits.

Guide outputs: A dated source and landing-page report, reconciled counts, evidence limits and measurement priorities, scoped to the records available.

Access: Public guide available; an audit or setup is separately scoped. This additional catalog workflow is not included in the five-workflow dataset.

ENOCH ONE Dispatch

Role at ENOCH: Installed to define the work, select a suitable workflow and keep the outcome, sources, permitted actions and acceptance criteria together. Its definition was one of the five inspected for this catalog.

Designed example: A website-change request without live access produces a reviewable draft, preservation checks and a clear pending publication step.

Your records: One workflow record, three prompts and two designed scenarios covering a scoped task brief, change plan and handover, with acceptance checks.

Shared bundle: Get the five-workflow dataset — $149 USD, one-time. One legal entity, internal use.

ENOCH GEO Agent

Role at ENOCH: Installed for source-linked content and discovery analysis. It keeps claims tied to inspected evidence and distinguishes content experiments, traffic origin and measured audience outcomes.

Designed example: A concept note becomes a page brief without invented performance claims; a separate metric exercise keeps test-window timing distinct from confirmed owner activity.

Your records: One workflow record, three prompts and two designed scenarios for a content package, metric review and bounded experiment plan, with acceptance checks.

Shared bundle: Get the five-workflow dataset — $149 USD, one-time. One legal entity, internal use.

ENOCH Enterprise Diligence

Role at ENOCH: Installed to review an AI product, workflow or proposed license against dated evidence, provenance, rights and acceptance criteria. Its catalog entry describes that review scope.

Designed example: A single timed task is assessed within its limited scope, while a separate rights exercise distinguishes public reading access from permission to redistribute an article.

Your records: One workflow record, three prompts and two designed scenarios for a claim register, pilot plan and asset/use review, with acceptance checks.

Shared bundle: Get the five-workflow dataset — $149 USD, one-time. One legal entity, internal use.

ENOCH SOP Delivery

Role at ENOCH: Installed for bounded execution, quality review and handover. The public usage SOP adapts the operating approach into eight practical steps; the full internal procedure corpus stays outside the dataset.

Designed example: A prepared run plan remains unexecuted, and a release with a failed link requires a recorded correction and retest before acceptance.

Your records: One workflow record, three prompts and two designed scenarios for a bounded run, release review and recovery record, plus shared receipt templates.

Shared bundle: Get the five-workflow dataset — $149 USD, one-time. One legal entity, internal use.

ENOCH Paid Samples

Role at ENOCH: Installed to inspect limited sample offers and reconcile access, payment and delivery when an authorized service and compatible client are available.

Designed example: An expired quote stays unpaid; a lost response is reconciled against the original request before another purchase is considered.

Your records: One workflow record, three prompts and two designed scenarios for quote review, readiness checks and delivery reconciliation. The dataset provides methods and examples, without API credit or a payment connection.

Shared bundle: Get the five-workflow dataset — $149 USD, one-time. One legal entity, internal use.

Service status: Public paid-service availability needs separate current verification. The dated API implementation record remains below. This publication case records no paid sample transaction.

Used by ENOCH: one documented publication case

ENOCH inspected five installed workflow definitions to prepare the public AI Agent Skills catalog and the eight-step public usage SOP. The publication run recorded the page updates, links through Enterprise → AI & Security, a header-anchor correction and verification that existing pricing and API sections were retained.

The dataset records this first-party implementation with source notes, observation limits and reusable steps. It distinguishes direct inspection of the installed definitions and public page snapshots from the publisher’s execution and verification account.

This is one shared catalog/SOP publication case. Inspection of five definitions does not establish five separate operational executions, an external vendor audit, a paid sample transaction or a public plugin release. The package’s historical five-workflow scope remains version 1.0.0 as this public catalog grows.

Explore resources through the Marketplace of Ideas and read the marketplace retrieval evidence. Page retrieval, AI citation, referral activity and sales require their own evidence; this publication case makes no growth or causal-impact claim.

Using the skills in ChatGPT

The catalog describes workflows installed in ENOCH’s environment. A visitor needs an approved shareable release or published plugin that is available to their account before using the actual package. Sharing a workflow does not transfer ENOCH’s connected accounts or private source material.

OpenAI documents plugins as the distribution route for skills that other people can install. A public directory release requires the applicable package checks, review and publication. Verified release links will be added here when available.

Dated API implementation record

Implementation record — October 27, 2026. At that check, three operator skills were installed and validated. This API record is retained for context; the current six-workflow catalog and its public access status appear above. The enterprise evidence service, durable quote ledger, OpenAPI contract and MCP connection are deployed in an owner-only environment. Public paid access remains closed. Local behavioral tests and runtime checks are recorded separately from live settlement, commercial rights clearance and customer acceptance.

Public production endpoint
Public access is pending. The owner-only service is deployed; its private access boundary does not grant public API access.
MCP connection
The personal ENOCH Agent Services plugin has been created and its installation confirmed. Its four tools are catalog, create_quote, quote_status and fetch_result. Authenticated hosted-client verification remains pending; client connection, permissions and paid-wallet integration are distinct requirements.
HTTP / OpenAPI access
Implemented and deployed for owner validation, including strict input schemas, capability-bound quotes, a durable payment ledger, rate limits and a 15-minute quote lifetime.
Paid sample catalog
Configured fees are listed below. Payment collection and protected fulfillment remain disabled pending recipient and network configuration, commercial release and authorized settlement verification.

Installing a skill does not automatically connect every model to a service. The client must support the relevant interface, enable the connection and have the required permissions and payment scope.

Six catalog workflows

The current AI Agent Skills catalog includes ENOCH ONE Dispatch, GEO Agent, Enterprise Diligence, SOP Delivery, Paid Samples and Traffic Attribution. Follow the public operating SOP to choose a workflow, check access and review its output.

The intended sample pathway lets a buyer evaluate a clearly defined resource or service before committing to a larger engagement. Each sample listing must state its contents, version, price, permitted use and what result will be returned.

Configured fixed fees per new paid quote; public paid launch pending
Sample USD fee Scope
SOP excerpt $0.10 One defined procedure excerpt and its usage boundary.
Designed case sample $0.25 One of four illustrative fixtures with provenance, expected behavior and pending review. Actual execution remains not_run.
Structural evidence check $0.05 A bounded structural check of the submitted evidence record; no external audit or certification.

A sample purchase does not automatically include enterprise-wide reuse, client-delivery rights, raw dataset resale or model-training rights. Those permissions are defined separately from payment for an individual request.

Defined HTTP service contract

  • GET /v1/catalog — free catalog discovery.
  • POST /v1/quotes — free quote preparation; the quote fixes the requested sample and its price.
  • GET /v1/quotes/:id — free quote and payment-state inspection.
  • GET /v1/quotes/:id/result — protected fulfillment for the specified quote; currently disabled.

No public paid base URL is advertised yet. Each new paid quote is a separate authorized purchase, even if it selects the same fixed material. Retrying the same completed paid quote returns its stored result without another settlement; uncertain payments pause for reconciliation. Creating or inspecting a quote does not charge the buyer. These behaviors have been checked with simulated payments; live-chain settlement remains pending.

The runtime includes 12 fixed SOP excerpts and four designed cases. It does not expose the full SOP library or 28-case corpus, arbitrary offsets or full-library continuation. Prices cover content access or deterministic metadata checks. The service makes no LLM calls and adds no artificial token consumption.

Implemented x402 request flow — collection disabled

  1. The compatible client requests a named resource.
  2. The service returns payment requirements when payment is needed.
  3. The client checks the price and permissions against its configured authorization, then supplies a supported payment authorization.
  4. The service verifies and settles payment through its implemented payment path.
  5. The service returns the resource and payment result, with a task/run receipt where applicable.

The x402 v2 HTTP specification uses 402 Payment Required with PAYMENT-REQUIRED, PAYMENT-SIGNATURE and PAYMENT-RESPONSE headers. Production availability depends on the actual server, client and settlement support. This page does not initiate a transaction.

What the released service must document

  • Discovery: actual service URL, version, tool catalog and supported clients/transports.
  • Request: workflow, input format, data classification, permitted actions and output criteria.
  • Price: exact resource, quoted fee, supported network/asset, settlement behavior and failure treatment.
  • Result: output version, source references, run state, limitations and review requirements.
  • Operations: authentication, rate limits, timeouts, retries, duplicate-request handling, support and incident process.
  • Rights: customer data handling, permitted reuse, retention, redistribution and relevant third-party conditions.

Before a launch claim, demonstrate an authorized end-to-end request, expected denial and failure cases, payment verification where applicable, output retrieval and independent acceptance. A successful file/schema check alone does not satisfy those release criteria.
