SydTek | Accreditation & Evidence

Accreditation goal · Development and delivery update

SydTek Scholars is working toward accreditation.

Working toward accreditation. SydTek Scholars is preparing for a Cognia pathway. Current source status: pre-application. An accepted application, candidate status and accreditation award have not been verified.

The founder-published ENOCHLIVE1 record now adds six Union Baptist Church teaching videos from April and May 2026 and two supplemental Alpha School clips. The church pilot establishes a teaching history alongside the developing curriculum.

Next intended church delivery: Coastal Community Church, Berlin, Maryland. Laurel Learning Worlds now has a documented standalone Roblox project identity and badge-asset creation. Reviewed classroom delivery and district adoption remain unverified; the project name alone does not establish a district partnership.

The evidence now supports specific authoring, publication and configuration milestones. Each item below states what was completed and what still needs its own evidence.

Area Verified documentary progress Still required
Wakaboomee Discord 118 accreditation-pathway posts across 8 dedicated channels, within 124 total text channels; search and readback checked November 5. Open the reference library (Discord access required). Named moderators, tested safeguards, restricted learner records and actual learning evidence.
Humanities curriculum The Great Conversation: one complete written 24-week resource with readings, assignments, workbook and rubrics for self-directed adult/advanced study. Academic adoption, staffed delivery, assessment validity and learner results.
Course-development register Published register reports 674 catalog/design records, 44 assessment profiles, 47 inactive credential definitions and 24 Humanities Roblox designs. These are design-stage inventory counts, not 674 complete courses, approved classes or issued credentials. Counts were not independently recounted in this review.
Seminary delivery The October 31 delivery receipt and nine page readbacks document an initial noncredit Skool classroom release. No new live Skool test was performed November 5. Three additional course builds contain 51 planned pages awaiting publication; learner outcomes remain unverified.
Seminary planning Locked v0.2.0 release: accreditation crosswalks, assessment planning, proposed 48-SH diploma, policy/evidence registers and roadmap. Institutional adoption, implementation and upstream repository synchronization. Some source documents are inside the release archive.
University supply-chain course SYD-SC-101: six-module noncredit proposal, approximately 24 planned hours, sample lesson, exercises and prototype assessment prepared November 5. Full production, approval, delivery and outcomes. The Coursera partnership application was populated but not submitted or accepted.
Laurel Learning Worlds Standalone project identity documented: universe 10773769726, place 73459171671447. Five new inactive badge assets recorded November 5. Reviewed content, activation, earning logic, runtime tests and district adoption.
Founder qualification Walden's official dissertation record supports Justin Goldston's 2019 PhD in Management. Personnel verification, faculty appointments, course coverage and program-specific supervision.

Internal documentary review. The Discord setup record, Coursera prototype and Laurel receipts are controlled project records; only their non-personal status summaries are published here. Historical Union Baptist teaching videos remain linked above.

Institutional status · November 5, 2026

Area Supported status Evidence still required
SydTek Scholars K-12 Reviewed source status remains Cognia pre-application. Official correspondence confirming membership/application/review status and scope; no accepted application or accreditation award verified.
Legal entity and operating authority Source files conflict on entity form, formation, registration, EIN and banking status. Exact provider identity, official formation/registration records and applicable operating authority. Repository edits cannot settle these facts.
University and Seminary accreditation Readiness planning and resource delivery documented; no accepted application or institutional accreditation award verified. Confirmed legal entity, jurisdiction, eligibility, accreditor fit and official correspondence.
Degree authority; master's and PhD ambitions Degree-granting authority is not established in the reviewed records. Graduate pathways remain development ambitions. Applicable authorization or valid exemption, approved credential scope, faculty/research capacity and distance-education permissions.
Amazon bestseller labels Publisher-reported historical labels. Dated, edition-specific category/rank evidence.

K-12 evidence priorities

  1. Resolve conflicting legal-formation and school-registration statements against official records.
  2. Reconcile annual instructional hours, credit calculations and language sequences.
  3. Select, finish where needed and approve a bounded pilot from the authored resources; document the course version, instructor, learner work, rubric results, feedback and improvements.
  4. Collect approved policies, board records, staff qualifications, financial oversight, safeguards and actual learning evidence.
  5. Map evidence to the current accreditor requirements and document every application milestone.

Cognia’s current public pathway describes membership, application, an Initial Accreditation Review and later Continuing Accreditation. Confirm the applicable institution category and requirements directly with Cognia; older repository timelines are planning assumptions, not a confirmed SydTek schedule.

The repository’s “50/50” measure is draft-document completion. It is not an accreditation award. Some campus-vault source text uses “accredited”; no corresponding award was verified, so that wording is not adopted here.

Higher-education evidence priorities

  1. Confirm legal entity, home jurisdiction and authority to use degree titles and enroll distance learners.
  2. Choose the intended credential types, including whether doctoral study means professional doctorate or research PhD.
  3. Evaluate accreditor scope and institutional fit before selecting a route.
  4. Review and adopt the drafted catalog, policies, assessment plans and learning resources; complete remaining gaps in admissions, transfer, credit definitions, faculty records, student services and grievances.
  5. Prove financial sustainability, governance, assessment, research oversight and continuous improvement with actual records.

TRACS describes a scope covering Christian postsecondary institutions and distance education. Its published faith-position requirements must be assessed against SydTek’s identity; no affiliation or acceptance is claimed. DEAC’s published recognition reaches professional doctoral degrees. A research PhD needs an appropriate route of its own.

How a claim becomes public

Each material claim should carry an owner, source, date, exact scope, review date and status: documented, implemented, tested or externally verified. A published policy is not proof it is enforced; an application is not an award; a completion badge is not automatically transferable academic credit.

Families and academic reviewers can ask ENOCH ONE for public references, or contact the team to request clarification. The Discord library is public within the server. Confidential learner identity, consent, assessments, credentials and incident records must use a separately restricted process; that process and its access controls are not verified by public channel setup.
