PROPOSED STAFF TRAINING • Version 1.0 • October 13, 2026

Before access is granted

The district must designate a supervisor, approve the lesson and services, assign role-limited access, establish support contacts, and provide a non-game alternative. No student enrollment occurs through this page.

Practice sequence

  1. Orientation: distinguish school mode from public faith-related and commercial experiences. Read the approved scope, data rules, accommodations, and stop conditions.
  2. Synthetic rehearsal: enter the exact approved route, check navigation and exit, test the lesson and rubric, and confirm that purchase and unapproved links do not appear.
  3. Supervision rehearsal: practice responding to unsafe contact, an unexpected purchase prompt, a connection failure, and an inaccessible task.
  4. Assessment rehearsal: score synthetic responses using the reviewed key, compare scoring with a second reviewer, and record questions.
  5. Readiness sign-off: the designated district lead records the teacher, training date, lesson version, observed checks, conditions, and access decision.

Knowledge check

Can a purchased item demonstrate mastery? Where should an answer key be stored? What happens when the approved route exposes an unexpected store? What equivalent activity is available? Who receives an incident report? A staff-only facilitator key and sign-off record belong in the internal packet, not this public page.

First authorized session and continuing practice

Run the smallest approved supervised cohort, keep a lesson log without public student identifiers, and debrief with the instructional lead. Recheck material releases, changes in services, and platform eligibility before reuse. Training completion is not district authorization or deployment acceptance.

DOCUMENT ADDENDUM 1.2 · October 14, 2026 · Public information and proposals

Add to the staff rehearsal

  1. Practice explaining what is demonstrated, proposed and untested.
  2. Use a fictional learner response to record a claim, evidence, uncertainty and revision.
  3. Explain free orientation and optional purchases without pressuring families.
  4. Rehearse how a family declines recording, research or publicity while retaining the approved educational option.
  5. Show where restricted keys and individual records belong, and who reviews a correction.
