Education, founding and technology planning
Updated October 30, 2026. The current direction is a proposed faith-based nonprofit educational institution, supported by a separately financed AI and licensing business. The public plan places educational benefit, qualified academic leadership, learner privacy and sustainable operations first.

One current planning record
The expanded plan contains 80 additional readiness checks, 13 founding and operating handoff packages, a tentative source-listed roster, staged competency-based K–PhD pathways, school fundraising controls and a school/church acquisition or shared-campus strategy. Each proposed requirement identifies an owner role, dependencies and evidence needed for acceptance.
Separate funding purposes
- Charitable gifts and grants support the approved educational mission through a verified eligible recipient.
- Parent purchases may support school fundraising under a written beneficiary agreement and disclosed proceeds formula.
- Commercial licenses and any lawful company investment support separately accounted technology operations.
Formation, tax status, accepted appointments, partner agreements, authorization, accreditation and funding must be evidenced separately. This page creates no enrollment offer, donation checkout, securities offering or property commitment.
Schools and churches
Compare a shared campus, lease, donated property, purchase and operating-school partnership before committing capital. Buildings may reduce facility needs but also bring repairs and operating costs. An institution acquisition requires diligence on obligations and applicable changes of control; owning real estate does not establish school approval or accreditation.
Security and historical evidence
The current plan retains the existing security checkpoints, 24 complex enterprise checks, 11-area scorecard, dataset framework and operating priorities. The completed DISASTERPIECE pre-pilot remains a bounded technical demonstration with its original limitations. Deeper assessments, configuration exceptions and independent assurance remain separately tracked.

Evidence before financial claims
Detailed financial reconstruction belongs in a controlled diligence process. Establish legal entities, ownership, rights, contracts, transactions, accounting periods and independent review before making public claims about revenue, valuation, funding or asset contributions. An authored document, website listing or demonstration does not establish those claims.
Public due-diligence method · Company and trust · Education fundraising
This page replaces earlier financing-centered public framing. Current readiness, source links, limitations and handoffs are maintained in the linked plan.
